Refund policy

Our products are made upon your order and delivered to your specified pick-up points/delivery address.

Orders can be cancelled by the customer and a full refund (less the cancellation fee) will be issued, if Amour Desserts is provided with 72 hours notice via email/messenger, prior to the delivery date scheduled.

Under any circumstances, orders CANNOT be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery or during the delivery.

When a refund has been processed, it may take between 3-10 business days to be credited into your account.

For every order cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee will apply according to the following:

Order value of less than $100: a flat $5 cancellation fee will apply
Order value of more than $100: a 5% cancellation fee will apply

This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

No refunds will be offered for no-shows or if you do not pick up your products, after we have delivered them to your pickup points/delivery address.

A refund will be considered if there are discrepancies in the quality of our products on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have an unfortunate experience with our products, accompanied with product photos. For cookies refunds, products are required to be returned to us (cost borne by the customer) should there be any discrepancies in product quality.
