Love the buttery flakey crust and the filling is not too sweet
The pastry is the clincher for this mooncake. Buttery, flaky and melt in the mouth. The lotus paste is nicely balanced with the pastry and not too sweet to avoid the mooncake becoming too cloying like some others.
Surprisingly is not so sweet and yet the skin is fluffy and crusty of course! Love it
