I ordered the Pandan layer cake for my birthday. Visually it was a beautiful colour; taste-wise it was light and fluffy, not too sweet. My guests really liked the cake too!
Er Rin is amazing. Messaged and asked if possible to get a birthday cake out on short notice and she was able to oblige us. So grateful. The Pandan cake was loved by everyone. Many of those eating aren't cake lovers so usually a small slice is more than enough. But the Pandan cake (which wasn't cut into tiny pieces) was devoured in an instance by everyone. It was very light, just the right sweetness, delicious and easy on the tummy. Thank you so much for the delicious cake!!
