First time buying and definitely worth it. Miss the Bengawan Solo Pandan cheese. HOPE YOU CAN CONSIDER MAKING THEM!
The pandan sponge is beautifully smooth and pillowy soft. The kaya has a great flavour, but I think the combination of both is not for me. The kaya is like a "paste" which is fine on its own, but in a swiss roll, I prefer a more moist or maybe a creamier texture. It's all personal preference.
Light and not too sweet. Yummy.
