Our signature pandan layer cake (also known as Pandan Jelly Layer Cake) consists of layers of cake and pandan jelly, and topped with desiccated coconut, ideal for daily and special occasions.
Only limited numbers are made weekly.

Taste exactly like cake from the bakery at my home town. Hadn’t had this since I migrated to Adelaide. Lovely to be able to eat it again after all these years. Perfect level of sweetness, has natural pandan flavor and colour. Once you start eating, it is hard to stop. Will order again if I travel to Melbourne in future.
