Bringing you a super moist and scrumptious Christmas Fruit Cake this season. It is super moist and has the perfect balance of sweetness with the fruits soaked in Premium Rum for more than 2 months! ❤

Storage/Cutting Note: Our homemade Christmas fruit cake packs much more fruits, raisins & nuts compared to the typical store-bought fruit cakes. Due to this, it may appear crumbly while cutting at room temperature (it may give a false impression of a dry cake at first glance). For best results of getting a clean cut, store the cake in the fridge, and cut using a serrated knife while the cake is still cold. You'll then get clean cut slices and can be enjoyed at room temperature 😊

Rum soaked fruity cake

This is the second year I got these. Absolutely love it! I used to go hunting for them everywhere and always disappointed till I found these last year. It's moist and soft. Side note: with a blow torch pour more rum on a slice and light it up, besides good fun it's yum. Also if U freeze a couple of slices I had it lasting for 3 months winks. Again the presentation is awesome. Love those Christmas decorative ornament.

Amazing fruit cake!

We can feel the joyous festive with the cake so beautifully boxed up. Then came the smell of the alcohol from the cake was sensational. The cake was moist, full of fruits and every mouthful was just delicious wirh the right amount of sweetness and rum that my family love. The best fruit cake we had by far. Thank you Er rin for bringing smiles in your bakes!
