We have tried over the yrs to find the best locally made moon cakes as gift for family and friends. After so much effort and money spent in trying out different moon cakes from restaurants, Cafe n home bakery, thank godness i finally discovered Amour Dessert this year!
We first order 2 boxes of Assorted 5 piece gift box moon cake to try at home. Everyone fell in love with every moon cake variety in the box. Each moon cake has its own unique flavour and texture. The pastry sambal moon cake has real sambal taste, the Taiwanese moon cake was unique and yummy, the pastry of the red bean moon cake was so good, and the egg york in lotus paste moon cake was fresh.
We were all so please that i order 2 more boxes of the Assorted 5 piece gift box and a mini assorted gift box the following day.

My eagerness to try out the moon cake first before deciding to order more boxes on that very first day i discover Amour Dessert online, had inspired us driving all the way from Wheelers Hill to Hoppers Crossing to purchase 2 boxes to try at home. The time spent 1 hr 20 mins driving to Erin's Amour Dessert house to collect the 2 boxes of moon cakes for try was worth our effort. Next year we would definately order well ahead before sold out. Thank your Erin for your talent and creativity in producing the best variety and tasty moon cakes i have ever eaten in Victoria !

Variety to suit differing taste buds

My favourite black sesame paste. Not overly sweet....just right to my liking

The mooncake is so delicious! Tasted like real durian, rich and creamy. The only thing is I didn't expect it to be so small.

I bought the lotus paste and red bean filling(without yolk), it was delicious, the sweetness is just right and lot of the melon seeds. I’m not a huge fan of mooncake but this one makes me want more after just one bite.

The best marble cake I ever had, so moist and so delicious! 😋

This is the second year purchasing the Shanghai style. The shortcrust pastry is delicious, the filling not too sweet. Next year I will try with the salted yolk.

I am glad to have found these. They are certainly one of my more favourite. Much less sweet but still very delicious. Well made.

I wasn't sure above this flavor combo but it works and it was delicious!!

The overall taste is wonderful. Not too sweet, enough crunch, very more-ish!

This was delicious. Lovely texture inside and not sweet allowing the flavour to be enjoyed. The pastry was perfect flaky and moist but just the right amount. Regretting not buying more. I'll be back next year.

Love the assorted moon cakes. The savoury ones are very flavoursome. The sweet ones are also great and the less sweetness is a plus. i also like the flakiness and aroma of the Shanghai moon cake.

Tasty and just the right size for a small snack! Really enjoy the black sesame flavour too, I think it might be my favourite.

My sister in law absolutely loved the mini mooncakes. I usually get it for her when the moon cakes festival is on and is being offered by your bakery. Thanks for making her day so yummy.

I love the kueh lapis and it reminds of my childhood. I am so glad that I can get my craving satisfied by ordering it from armour desserts. Thank you for an awesome and delicious kueh lapis. I can’t wait to order the old school cakes soon:)

The lotus paste and lotus with yolk mooncakes were both delicious and very authentic. I liked how they were not too oily and was just right with the level of sweetness. Amour Desserts mooncakes are well worth it. The ordering and pick up process was smooth and easy to navigate. All in all an excellent experience.

The sambal mooncake taste beautiful. The unique combination of lotus paste and sambal taste wonderful. I am addicted to this and enjoy it each year.

Amour dessert’s lotus paste mooncake is the best tasting mooncake. Not too sweet and yummy. I enjoy a taste of her mooncake each year.

Everyone loves the old school buttercream cake. Even converted a non-cake lover. Er Rin and team are always so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. And, they always deliver.
